Agreement
By using CupEspresso, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service
CupEspresso provides AI-assisted merchandise design, mockups, sharing, approvals, and print handoff tools. AI outputs are provided "as is" — you are responsible for final approval before production.
Plans & billing
Free, Pro, and Team plans have usage limits described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe until canceled. Refunds are handled per Stripe policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your content
You retain ownership of Brand Kits, briefs, and uploaded assets. You grant CupEspresso a license to process this content to provide the service, including AI generation and storage.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, or abuse of API/generation quotas. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CupEspresso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including reprint costs from unapproved designs.
