Overview
CupEspresso ("we", "us") provides an AI brand campaign platform for companies. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use cupespresso.com and the CupEspresso application.
Data we collect
- Account information: name, email, organization name
- Brand Kit assets: logos, colors, fonts, guidelines you upload
- Campaign data: briefs, generated designs, mockups, approvals
- Billing data: processed by Stripe; we store customer and subscription IDs
- Usage analytics: optional Plausible/PostHog when you consent via cookie banner
How we use data
We use your data to provide the service, generate AI artwork constrained by your Brand Kit, send transactional emails (share links, approvals, gift portal invites), and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
GDPR & international users
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you have rights to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights. We process data on the basis of contract performance and legitimate interest in operating the service.
Data retention
Account and campaign data are retained while your organization is active. You may request deletion of Brand Kits, campaigns, and account data by contacting privacy@cupespresso.com.
Subprocessors
We use: Stripe (billing), Resend (email), OpenAI (AI generation), cloud storage (S3/R2), and hosting providers. A current list is available on request.
